Meet the Team

The people who make sure
it actually works.

VitalityDesk is small on purpose. The people who sell it are the same people who build it, test it, and pick up when you call. Here is who you are actually working with.

Founder

Michael Veccia

Michael Veccia has spent his career on the operations side of real service businesses, the kind measured in customers served and calls returned rather than lines of code. His background runs through hands-on, high-tempo work, including the hospitality world behind ML Coffee Bars, the company VitalityDesk operates under. That operator's seat is where the whole idea started.

He kept running into the same quiet problem: good businesses losing customers they had already earned, not because the work was poor, but because a call came in during a rush, after closing, or while every hand was busy. The caller did not wait. They dialed the next name on the list, and nobody on the inside ever knew it happened.

So Michael built the thing he wished he had behind his own counter. A front desk that never clocks out, answers on the first ring, knows the business cold, and sounds like part of the team instead of a machine. What started in health clinics, where every missed call was a missed patient, now answers, qualifies, and books for businesses across healthcare, legal, home services, real estate, fitness, automotive, and more.

As founder, Michael sets the bar for how the product has to feel on the other end of the line: natural, genuinely helpful, and unmistakably yours. His belief is simple and it has not moved. A business should capture every opportunity it earns, and the technology should quietly make sure it does, not just during office hours and not just when staff is free.

Jeremy Lazaro, Head of Operations at VitalityDesk
Head of Operations

Jeremy Lazaro

Jeremy Lazaro runs the part of VitalityDesk that clients actually feel. When a business signs on, he is the one who carries it from a first conversation to a receptionist that answers in the company's own voice, books like its best employee, and follows up on its own, without anyone having to remember to.

He came up running operations for small service businesses, the kind where a single dropped call is a real customer lost and a real bill left unpaid. That taught him early that operations is not paperwork. It is care, structure, and follow-through, done quietly enough that the owner never has to think about it.

He owns the whole stack behind a working front desk: the phone lines and call flow, the questions the AI asks, the booking and follow-up sequences, the calendar it writes to, and the reporting that shows exactly what happened on every call. He builds each account by hand, maps how a business truly handles its phone today, and pressure-tests every scenario himself before a single customer ever hears it.

His standard for going live is plain. It has to be something he would trust with his own customers. He measures a good week not by features shipped but by calls answered, appointments booked, and owners who finally get a night off knowing the phone is covered.

Talk to the people who would build it.

No pitch deck. A live demo on your actual use case, run by the same team that would set it up and stand behind it.
