Terms of Service
The agreement between you and VitalityDesk, without the wall of legalese.
The service
VitalityDesk provides AI-powered communication services: virtual receptionists, appointment scheduling, voice agents, lead qualification, follow-up automation, and customer support. We answer and place calls, send messages, and take actions (like booking appointments) on your behalf, according to the configuration you approve.
Your responsibilities
You agree to: provide accurate business information for AI training, obtain any consents required to record calls in your jurisdiction, use the service lawfully (no spam, no robocall abuse, no deceptive practices), and keep your account credentials secure.
Our commitments
We target 99.9% platform uptime, answer rates above 95%, and continuous monitoring of AI quality. If the AI cannot confidently handle a conversation, it escalates according to the rules you set rather than guessing.
Billing
Service fees are billed monthly in advance; usage-based fees are billed monthly in arrears. There are no long-term contracts โ you may cancel with 30 days' notice, effective at the end of the billing period.
Liability
The service is provided "as is." Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed business opportunities arising from carrier outages or third-party system failures.
Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
